PLYMOUTH, after roughly 3 miles, join the A380 TORQUAY, after 7 miles join
the A383 NEWTON ABOTT, after 1 mile join the A381 TOTNESS & IPPLEPEN, after
2 miles passing the Hedgehog Hospital on the right, then Fermoys Garden
Centre, coming up to a Jet Garage on the left, just after that turn right
into the village (signposted Ipplepen).
Drive a 1/4 of a mile and opposite the
church on the right, turn left and then first right into Mayfair Road.
The house is the 4th on the right.
